How it works
Create. Check. Fix. Publish.
Four steps, three colours, no surprises after you post.
- 1Create
Paste your post, image, or video idea.
- 2Check
Get instant feedback on risks, rules, and reach.
- 3Fix
See why, how to improve, and one-tap rewrites.
- 4Publish
Post with confidence and reach more people.
Create
Bring the post as it is.
Paste the caption or script. Add the image or video if you have one, and the link if there is one. Then tick the platforms it is going to.
File details (type, length, size) are read on your device. If you choose a full video check, the video is uploaded for transcription and a few sampled frames are reviewed for on-screen text and visuals, then everything is deleted. Text is checked and not stored.
Check
We read it the way the platforms will.
Every selected platform runs its own rule pack on top of a shared core: policy violations, recommendation filters, disclosure expectations, and claims that invite a fact-check. A full video check runs the same rules over the spoken words, the on-screen text, and any subtitle track, and adds what the sampled frames show.
You get one overall signal (Green, Yellow, or Red) and the findings sorted into four sections: Policy risk, Distribution risk, Disclosure, Verification.
Fix
Why. How. What next. Fix it for me.
Each finding names its source (caption, spoken audio, on-screen text, subtitle track, visual content, or file details), quotes the exact words or moment, explains what could happen on that platform, and says what to do. If there is a safe caption rewrite, Fix it for me swaps only the flagged span.
You decide per finding. Fix it, or keep it anyway. Nothing changes until you tap Use this version, and your original is always one tap away.
Publish
Copy, tick the reminders, post.
When the post reads Green you get the final version to copy plus a short list of platform reminders: the AI label, the paid-partnership toggle, the sensitive-media switch.
We do not post for you. You paste it where it is going, with a clear idea of what you are posting and why it will travel.
Green: Looks good.
No major issues for the selected platforms. Proceed. Small notes may appear, but they are optional reading.
Yellow: Wait a sec.
Something is worth a second look. Usually allowed, often reach-limiting. Not a punishment, just a pause.
Red: Hold up.
This part could create a serious policy problem. We only use red for things that are likely prohibited or seriously misleading.
- Colour is never the only signal: every state has an icon and a text label.
- Each rule links to the official policy page it is based on.
- Fixes change only the flagged words, never the whole post.
- Keep it anyway is always available. You stay in control.
Know before you post.
Paste a draft, pick a platform, get the signal. Takes about ten seconds.
