Before the full check

Here is what a full video check does with your video.

  • Spoken words: the video is uploaded over HTTPS to temporary private storage and sent to our transcription provider (AssemblyAI) to get the words and their timings.
  • On-screen text and visual content: a small set of sampled frames (never the whole video) is sent to our AI reviewer (Anthropic) to read any text and describe what is shown.
  • Subtitle track: read on your device if the file has one.
  • Deleted right after: the uploaded video is deleted as soon as the transcript is back, the provider copy is deleted by API, and frames are never stored. Nothing is kept, used for advertising, or used for tracking.
  • Your caption and file details are checked the same way as always.
